Choose your door

Different pressure. Same body doing the leading.

Tell us where you're standing and we'll show you exactly how Jessica helps—and what to book.

You raised the round. Now the clock is loud.

The first months of a startup reward founders who can stay steady while everything moves. Most founders try to white-knuckle it—no personal grounding, no recovery, just more hours. That works right up until it doesn't.

What we work on together

  • Grounding your nervous system so pressure stops hijacking your focus
  • Staying on task when every fire feels urgent
  • Making calls from clarity instead of bracing or panic
  • Building resilience that lasts past launch—not just through it

What this isn't

Jessica isn't your fundraising or product-strategy advisor. She works with the person making those calls—so you show up steady for them.

You know there's bigger potential. You just can't reach it yet.

"I love working with socially conscious leaders and creative entrepreneurs who know that they have bigger potential but don't know how to access it."

You might be here if…

  • You're an entrepreneur with crippling self-doubt
  • You're working toward your dream but feel stuck
  • You want to grow professionally or creatively
  • You've built impressive things—at a cost

What changes

Together you strip away the performance, the proving, the pushing through pain—and come back to the wisdom your body has held all along.

Grounded leaders build grounded teams.

"Yes, there's a team version—and it's just as rooted, powerful, and sustainable as the 1:1 work. Let's explore what it could look like for your group."

Why teams bring Jessica in

  • Holistic career growth and transition support for leaders and their people
  • Somatic, evidence-based tools for stress resilience
  • Experience coaching sales teams, per a long-term client
  • In 2021, Jessica led a team of creatives "to a level of success no one thought possible"

Is this for me?

An honest fit check—before you book.

A strong fit if you…

  • Are a founder in the first months of a funded startup and need to stay on task
  • Look successful from the outside and feel burned out inside
  • Feel disconnected from your body and running on fumes
  • Lead with purpose or create for a living and feel stuck
  • Want tools that change how your body handles pressure—not another productivity system

Probably not the right fit if you need…

  • Clinical therapy or mental-health treatment
  • Fundraising advice or pitch strategy
  • Product strategy or roadmap consulting
  • A one-size-fits-all formula

"Even if you're not sure if this is you, I'd love the chance to chat." — Jessica

How Jessica helps

Your body already knows. We clear the noise.

"Most of my clients come to me burned out. Disconnected from their bodies. Running on fumes."

"They've built impressive things—careers, businesses, lives that look good from the outside—but at a cost. We work together using the body's intelligence to strip away the performance, the proving, the pushing through pain."

"My methods are deeply somatic, and they're also evidence-based. Research shows that mindfulness and movement create the most durable improvements in stress resilience and cognitive function—which is exactly what we cultivate together."

The Quest · The Three Mileposts

From surviving to creating.

"It's not a one-size-fits-all formula—but a living, breathing process designed around your needs." Each milepost reflects a new level of self-trust, emotional freedom, and nervous system readiness to build something that actually fits. Tap a milepost.

Safety

Coming Home to the Body

"You can't create from freeze, and you can't expand while bracing."
For a founder, this looks like: noticing when pressure has you braced, and learning to come back to steady before the next decision—not after the damage.

Reclaiming Agency

"Power isn't dominance. It's the quiet clarity of choosing yourself."
For a founder, this looks like: choosing what actually matters this week, holding the line on it, and letting the noise stay noise.

Building What's True

"If your system isn't safe, your success won't be either."
For a founder, this looks like: building the company—and the life around it—from your own voice and rhythm, so it can last.

"There's no pre-made plan here. This is not a productivity system or a blueprint for how to 'fix' yourself. This is a collaborative process where you uncover what's true for you—and we build from there."

What people are saying

Leaders who did the work, in their own words.

Portrait of Adam, Aerospace CEO and Owner
"The first thing I want to say to whoever is reading this is that I cannot give a strong enough recommendation to work with Jessica. The amount of help, confidence, and change that has happened in my life and career—helping me advance and make necessary adjustments in both my personal and business life—has been monumental. Working with her has been amazing. The care, passion, thoughtfulness, and delicate work that she does... I couldn't give a stronger recommendation to work with her."
AdamAerospace CEO & Owner
First of all, you should know that not all coaches are created equal, and if you're considering hiring a coach to help you personally or professional[ly], you should have a very high standard. Jessica goes above and beyond that standard for me. She has immense practical experience coaching sales teams and domain training as a coach. She is a delight to work with, we've been meeting semi-monthly for more than 18 months. I think the biggest advice I would give to someone considering hiring Jessica is that you can only begin to imagine how much she can help you. Her style of coaching is such a novel category of nervous system rewiring and skill building that your brain and body will be changed for the better - and in ways you couldn't have asked for (because you just didn't know). You can tell when a person is engaging with their professional/life calling and Jessica is in that zone."

Jessica Garver is incredibly perceptive. Extraordinarily insightful. Jessica "gets it" in ways many people simply miss. It is a compliment not a criticism that, after the initial "package" was over, I signed up for another set of sessions. It was not Jessica who left things undone, who failed to accomplish all we set out to do. She was not stringing me along — I just had more layers and baggage that needed unpacking and Jessica was doing her level best to guide me on my extended journey. Jessica excels in motivating professionals to become unstuck and redirect themselves as needed. I am not yet "fixed" but we attorneys call it "practicing" for a reason. I may get there eventually and I am absolutely certain that the path will be easier and more rewarding because I have trusted Jessica Garver to Coach me along the trail. I am confident that you will feel the same way also after you have hired her as your Coach!

Meet Jessica

She's been the one running on fumes.

Leadership Coach, specializing in Holistic Career Growth & Transition. "In the third—and worst—burnout of my life, I realized I was a creative soul trying to survive in a system that wasn't built for me."

At twenty-two, she left a tiny farming town in northeast Ohio for Southern California with eight boxes of books and a suitcase. Twenty years later she hit the wall again—burned out, sleep-deprived, dysregulated. "This time, I chose myself. I chose to stop abandoning my body."

"In 2021, I had the opportunity to lead a team of creatives to a level of success no one thought possible. That experience changed everything."
